Automatic monofilament winder for high speed-lines
At such high speeds, a manual bobbin change is hardly possible. At changing severed strings can not be refilling and take away the neighbouring filaments with a high probability. The losses are very dependant of the employee who performs the change of the bobbins. At this point the human factor has a very large impact on the productivity of the line.
For this problem REIMOTEC has developed a winder in collaboration with motech, that will minimize the human impact on the change process, which is particularly noticeable at sensitive thin filaments.
The monofilament-winder changes the bobbins of different sizes and shapes at speeds of up to 1000 meter per minute fully automatic. The employee just decrease full bobbins and put on empty bobbins.
All bobbins are changed within a few seconds, which is nearly the same length of thread will be guaranteed for all bobbins. For high-tech-products (such like monofilaments for production of paper screens) this is of great importance.
